Founding Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Founding Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for the user experience of our products, from initial concept to launch and beyond. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and user-friendly products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for new products and features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
